Labor Day Weekend at China Camp!

Hello Master Mariners!

Please join us for Labor Day weekend at China Camp by land or by sea!

The Master Mariners BBQ and potluck will be held on Saturday, September 2nd on the beach at China Camp, thanks to “The Friends of China Camp”.

BBQ will start at 2 pm but please feel free to come early to explore China Camp. BBQ'd burgers, sausages and hot dogs will be provided by MMBA!. Please bring a side dish to share, and your drink of choice.

If you are coming by land, please note that there is a parking fee of $5.00 and the gates generally close at sunset.

If you are coming by sea, bring a dingy or kayak and monitor VHF CH 72 (hand held VHFs are great for contact while on the beach).

High tide at China Camp is around 3pm on Saturday and low tide is around 9pm, so mind the tide!  Anchoring conditions off of China Camp are muddy and can see strong currents, so dig out those anchors, wake up that windlass and come join the fun.  

RSVP’s are greatly encouraged (please indicate how many in your party are coming) so that we can provision accordingly. We hope to see you all there!
