ALL 2021 MMBA REGATTA EVENTS ARE ON!

The results from the survey in March indicate there is enough willingness and interest to hold the Sponsor's Luncheon at the St. Francis YC on Friday, May 21, and the Regatta and festivities at the Encinal Yacht Club on Saturday, May 29. It’s on! Let's race!

The MMBA has been assured that both the St. Francis YC and the Encinal YC will be fully compliant with whatever social distancing protocols are required at the time of the events.

While the MMBA is working out the details, and the situation is fluid as things open up and people are vaccinated, it now looks like most of the traditional parts of these events will be in place. However, please don't expect things to follow exactly the format you have become accustomed to from years past.

If at all possible, please register for the Regatta and pay online. When making your online registration and payment, you will be able to indicate if you'll be attending the Sponsor's Luncheon, and you will have the option of purchasing extra meal tickets. Regatta registration includes one complimentary seat at the luncheon. Additional meals require purchase at $65/person.

If you must pay with a check, a hard copy of the 2021 MMBA Regatta Entry Form is here to download, print, fill out, and return with payment made out to the MMBA by mail to: MMBA, PO Box 70640, Richmond, CA 94807.

After registration, race packets will be mailed to the Skippers, so attendance at the Sponsors Lunch is not required to get your race packet. If you DO NOT want your race packet mailed, please let Regatta Chair Lindsey Klaus know (lindsey_klaus@yahoo.com) and it will be available at the Luncheon.


Announcements for the Post Regatta Event at the Encinal Yacht Club following the Regatta will be made soon and all registered skippers will be emailed details.
